What happens if my internet disconnects during a test?
Don't panic! PrepXa automatically pauses your exam timer and saves your progress
locally. Once your connection is restored, you can resume exactly where you left off
from the Home Screen. No data is lost.
I paid for a recharge, but my wallet balance didn't update.
Payments can sometimes take a few minutes to verify with the bank. Go to Profile
> Payment History. If the transaction is marked "Pending", tap "Check
Status". If money was deducted but the status is "Failed", please email us with the
Transaction ID.
Can I retake a test I've already completed?
Yes! Go to Test History to view past tests. While you can't change your
original score, you can review all questions and explanations. To re-attempt the same
questions for practice, you can create a Custom Test selecting those specific chapters.
How are Battle Arena winners decided?
The primary factor is Score (Correct answers give +4, incorrect -1). If
both players have the same score, the player who submitted their test in less
time is declared the winner.
